Below are the general conditions applicable to reservations made at Hotel Caledonian, whether through our website, by phone, or through other authorized channels.
1. Reservation confirmation
The reservation will be considered confirmed once the process is completed and the confirmation email is received. The customer must review the information and report any errors as soon as possible.
2. Payment methods
- Payments by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) are accepted.
- Depending on the rate selected, full or partial payment may be required in advance.
- Non-refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking.
- Flexible rates allow payment at the hotel, except for specific conditions.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge for the first night or 100% of the stay, depending on the rate.
- Non-refundable rate: no changes or cancellations are allowed. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full stay will be charged.
4. Modifications
Changes to dates, number of guests, or room type are subject to availability and possible rate differences.
We recommend contacting the hotel directly to manage any changes.
5. Tourist tax
In accordance with current regulations in Catalonia, the corresponding tourist tax will be applied, which is not included in the reservation price.
The amount is paid directly at the hotel (except for prepaid rates).
6. Entry and exit times
- Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed, except for duly accredited guide dogs.
8. Minimum age
The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the hotel without escort is 18 years.
9. Safety and conduct
Guests agree to use the facilities responsibly. The hotel reserves the right to cancel their stay in the event of inappropriate behavior, damage, or serious violations of the hotel's internal regulations.
